Article About Books Highland Avenger (Murray Family #18)
Great as alwaysLove the book. It's story is additive and well versed. You can't put it down once you start reading. Can't wait to read more from this author.

Arianna Murry Lucette is on her way home from France to Scotland with her two young step-sons. After the death of her husband, Arianna finds out that their marriage was never valid. It seems that her husband married his mistress in secret before he married her. That makes what she thought were her husbands illegimate children from his mistress his heirs. Her in-laws are working on getting the first marriage dissolved so that the estate will revert back to the family and not to the boys. But her

This was too much. Too much "wee" and too much "nay" and wayyyy too much self reflection. The only part I enjoyed was a brief visit with Sigimor and Jolene from a previous book.

This is the 18th book in the Murray family series. Arianna is on the run for her life. With her false husbands two boys she must get to her family in Scotland or die. When the ship she was on is rammed by those who want her dead she has little hope left. But luck is on her side when she is rescued by Sir Brian MacFingal. If you have been reading previous books in the series you don't kneed to know any more. Insert laughing moments with the rest of the family. But with her ex brother in law hot

I liked the hero and heroine and was really rooting for them. I especially like it when lots of good family members are in the story and deeply involved, and they were in this book. I thought the villain at times seemed more like a caricature of an evil person with how she portrayed him but it was a good story that I enjoyed and wasn't bored at all.

It dragged in a few places but overall was a nice story. I would actually say the latter half of the book is better than the first half.

This was a good book! Many twists and turns to this book. What I really liked about it was that no matter who you are, there is always love that seems to find its way. Loved this book a lot!
