Relation In Pursuance Of Books Starry Night (Christy Miller #8)
Teens across the nation have made this series from Robin Jones Gunn a bestseller! Readers can find out for themselves why the series is so popular as they, too, become friends with Christy Miller. She becomes the perfect role model for today's teens by making a commitment to Christ in the first book and then growing in her walk with the Lord in the next eleven books. Throughout the series, Christy learns about friendships, dating, becoming responsible, waiting on God, being faithful, and God's rewards for obedience.Rating Out Of Books Starry Night (Christy Miller #8)

LOVE this book!!!!Robin Jones Gunn is pretty good at taking a couple months in the life of Christy Miller and turning it into a book-wide-saga where Christy is wrestling some decision and must come to turns with herself. I enjoy reading these books and would probably recommend to girls who are fans of light reads with a spiritual message.*Taken from my book reviews blog: http://reviewsatmse.blogspot.com/2008...
I review this one in more detail on my blog:https://seminary2016.wordpress.com/20...

I think Christy Miller and Friends is becoming a little too much of a confusing soap opera for me. Christy seems to still have feelings for Rick, who is either a jerk or a jerk-being-reformed. Also, Katie and Rick are flirting/kissing. This doesn't mean anything since we've pretty much established that Rick's a hound dog. And even though Rick is flirting/kissing Katie and probably a dozen college girls as well, it seems like he's still carrying a torch for Christy and hoping she'll change her

The usually great Christy Miller series is made even better with the Yuletide setting of this novel. Everything else was about the same.EDIT: See my review of the entire series at:http://rwlreviews.blogspot.com/2013/0...
