Judge Appertaining To Books Two Times Lucky (Lucky Moon #2.5)

From just finishing "The Luckiest", I expected a bit more from this short. Granted, the sex was HOT but getting a freaking sun tattooed on your body does not equal a lifelong commitment in my book. Maybe it is the traditionalist in me but, YES, I wanted the freaking proposal! If this was a M/F relationship, I don't think the guy would have gotten off so easily saying "I don't do rings and weddings and crap". I want the fairytale and I'm going to whine that I didn't get it!

We are given a peek into Nick and Luka's life post "The Luckiest". Nick shows his commitment to Luka in a way that means the most to him...a tattoo that represents Luka. I could see the love that they share by the act of the tattoo, the words of love and commitment and finally some really hot sex. *wink*Nick and Luka are two of my favorite characters in m/m romance and it was a treat to revisit them. This free short gave me two of the best qualities, IMO, of these two - Nick's bad boy

This was a short quick read that I felt could have been longer. Nick being Nick wants to show is love and commitment to Luka by not getting married but by getting a tattoo. It kind of made it seem sad that he didn't offer Luka a real commitment but a tattoo.

A very loving short story. Gotta love a man with tattoos, that is absolutely sexy as hell. And I loved the dirty talk almost as much as Nick did.

This is basically fanservice. Because the novels are full of angst I was expecting/hoping for something a bit more . . . well . . . angsty. Or tender. So, no rating from me, but if you'd like to read about Luka and Nick having sex than have at it.

Super short but I lurrrrved it!
