What a thrilling nightmare! The character has been in the witness protection system, but it failed her and shes hiding out on her own with her 2 children, changing her identity and trying to begin her life in a new locale only to be found . It was hard to put this book down for sure.

I received this one from netgalley a long time ago, and never got around to reading it (it's the second in a series, and I had to wait to get the first in the series from the library..). Excellent suspense I loved the action and suspense in this story. Brenda Novaks talent for romantic suspense novels is the best of the best. I highly recommend this book.

This book was a real surprise. It was a tight and fought with tension the whole way through. The threat level is kept high the whole way through and delivers a first class suspense story. Nothing was wasted in this story, the characters were well developed and interesting and the plot was simple but truly effective. This culminates in a real page turner that will stay with you for a very long time.
