Interpretation Supposing Books The Way of the Bow

“The Way of the Bow” relates the story of Tetsuya, the best archer of the country, who conveys his teachings to a boy in his village. Throughout the story, several thoughts are reflected; our daily efforts and work, how to overcome difficulties, steadfastness, courage to take risky decisions, etc.
Paulo Coelho expressed in these few pages many of the values which inspire our daily work: innovation, flexibility, adaptation to changes, enthusiasm, team work.

“I wrote this text in which bow, arrow, target and archer form an integral part of the same system of growth and challenge.” . — Paulo Coelho.

Piece Based On Books The Way of the Bow
A lot of great nuggets of wisdom in this short read- much better than I expected. The way of the bow is a great allegory on how to teach, to learn, and offers an interesting prism through which one can view life, talents and challenges.

Thankfully Paulo Coelho gave a free ebook of this on his twitter.

Good storytelling, and interesting reminders.

Simple yet complexAt first read, you might think this is a simple book about archery, but it's much more than that. The Way of the Bow is a teaching of another way to focus, to meditate, to become one with your intention, and to be strong in yourself. Read one chapter, close the book, and then give yourself a day or two to let the lesson unfold itself within you before you move on. Go deep.

Wow. This is another powerful short story. I stumbled upon this book via an online rabbit hole. Im glad I did. I will look up more works by this author since this one was so good. Really helps put perspectives on life.

A very brief description of the art of archery...two traits stands out in its pursuit---disciplined life and incorporating other skills learned from other skills which is seeming mundane and normative to many. So short that it seems written in one sitting. How i wish, and sure he can, he could have added more pages. Like other Coelho's books, it is worth the quote found in it, e.g.: " People always judge other by taking as a model their own limitations, and other's own opinions are often full of

I've re-considered my view of this book upon re-reading it:Paulho Coelho clearly knows a lot about archery, and describes the route to technical mastery well. His description of the reasons for success and failure are well made. However, this book is basically a straight rip-off of 'Zen in the Art of Archery', and has missed some of the finer points of that great book by Eugen Herrigel (written in the 1930s). Coelho's writing is muddled in comparison. It's worth commenting here that Herrigel
